Batman: The Dark Knight
20 07 2008Batman: The Dark Knight came to theaters yesterday (opening night), i luckily managed to grab a few seats for me and some buddies (my parents). We arrived at the theater around 8:30, we ended up buying tickets to the 10:45 show though. The 8:30, 9:15, and 10:00 movie were all sold out. With most new releases at our theater, they put out a line where you wait in to enter the movie from, so, we waited in this line for about an hour, but, we were some of the first ones in. About 15 minutes before the movie started, a little man walked into the front and center of the theater and said that this movie was 100% sold out and that all available seats must be filled. The Dark Knight‘s run time is about 2 and a half hr+, so we got home around 2 in the morning. But oh was it worth it. This movie was incredible, i mean, it’s no doubt the best of the series ever. Heath Ledger (Joker) as you all know, died after filming had ended, but his acting was phenomenal, he played this crazy little man like he really was him, putting no less than all his effort into every scene, he is probably going to be up for the Best Actor Academy Award and should win it. All the acting in this movie was crazy amazing. This film features Two-Face, as well, but you will have to see the movie yourself. I will not give you a plot summary, or any other kind of review, because this movie is worth every cent you are paying for at your over-priced movie theater, and does not deserve to be written down on virtual paper. You are now required to go and see this movie, even if your like me and have’nt seen the other Batman‘s, because this movie is going to be sitting in the #1 spot for quite awhile and should win plenty of awards.
In memory of Heath Ledger,

Gears of War Movie??? Leaked Plot
19 07 2008

- possibly coming to a theater near you…
while searching the net, and watching G4tv, a Gears of War movie could be shooting as we speak, but we wont know about it due to its secretcy. BUT, someone managed to get a possible leaked version of the movies plot, if the movie is real. they claim that the movie is about the battle at aspeo fields, which if youve played Gears of War youve heard carmine ask marcus fenix about the battle.
aspo fields appearently was a battle that happened before gears 1 and got marcus fenix into prison.
the SUPPOSED plot goes as followed:
theres a massive battle on the planet sera, COG soldiers are scared, Marcus and Dom get a rag-tag squad, as they come near the enemy’s leader, the leader commits suicide, the COG destroys the planet thinking theyve killed general RAMM but they didnt.
well, thats just a rumor about the movie and i hope no one takes this TOO seriously. i guess we just have to wait and see because i would LOVE to see a gears movie.

T-Pain’s Angry Return
18 07 2008http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdaily/index.php/2008/07/17/in-the-studio-t-pains-angry-return/
This is the article on the Rolling Stone website (link above) about T-pain’s defensiveness against other rappers using the Auto-Tune effect.
T-Pain is feeling fiercely territorial over his signature sexy robot sound, or more precisely, the Auto-Tune software that turns his voice into a cyborg croon — as heard on hits he’s produced or sung on, such as Kanye West’s “Good Life,” Flo Rida’s “Low” and his own “Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin’).”
“People I look up to, legends who don’t have to be using Auto-Tune, they using it!” says T-Pain, 22, sounding genuinely pissed off. The rapper takes out his frustration on copycats throughout his third album, Thr33 Ringz, due this fall. “F.U.” features brutal rock guitars and a scream-along chorus (”Fuck Yooooooou!“); on “Karaoke,” he asks for forgiveness from God before dissing what he calls “karaoke niggas”: “Your daughter told you to get off daddy’s dick!”
After passing on an invite to join Kanye’s tour, Pain recorded 36 songs in two months. “I go in the booth and whatever happens, happens,” he says. Other new cuts include “Chopped & Screwed,” Pain’s take on the slowed-down Houston sound, and the Lil Wayne-featuring “Can’t Believe It,” Thr33 Ringz‘ likely first single. Both songs, of course, feature his man-meets-machine vocals. “Auto-Tune’s stuck with me,” Pain says, grinning at last. “People told me to stop using it, but I would not stop. It works!”
That’s the latest i’ve heard about those 2 songs off his new album,
